First days

Hello everybody !! what could I say about my two first days in the Chateau Grand Corbin-Despagne? Mr D is not around because he is in Hong-Kong for a Wine Exposition for all the week, so I am working with M., his assistant or associate should I say... For now I learnt how to make out an invoice (not pro forma invoice yet but soon), how to fill in cheques, I sent documentation about the chateau for traders, it was about 180 envelopes !!! I used one day and a half to do that !!! Then I built up files on the chateau around Grand Corbin-Despagne for 15 persons who are going to visit the property tomorrow. I am really excited about it !! I will follow M. and visit every sides of the property. Oh !! I forgot to say that today I established an excel table with the expenses "des matières sèches", I used a computer today !! YAY !!
